ChatRivo provides communication services between users. Users are solely responsible for the content they send, share, or receive through the platform.
Private messages may be protected using End-to-End Encryption where available. Users are responsible for securing their own devices and accounts.
ChatRivo may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob. These advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized based on applicable laws, user settings, and advertising partner policies.
ChatRivo does not control the content of advertisements served by third-party advertising providers.
All trademarks, logos, software, designs, and content associated with ChatRivo remain the property of Nexuzy Lab or their respective owners. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit ChatRivo without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activities, abuse the platform, or create security risks for users or services.
ChatRivo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nexuzy Lab shall not be liable for data loss, service interruptions, user-generated content, third-party advertisements, or indirect/consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Nexuzy Lab may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ChatRivo at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of ChatRivo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
