ChatRivo collects only the information necessary to provide communication services.

This information is collected solely for account creation, authentication, account security, and communication purposes.

ChatRivo does not intentionally collect:

• Location information
• Browsing history
• Advertising identifiers
• Marketing profiles
• Private message content after delivery

End-to-End Encryption

All personal messages sent through ChatRivo are protected using End-to-End Encryption (E2EE).

Message Storage and Deletion

Messages are temporarily processed only for transmission and delivery. Once a message has been successfully delivered to the recipient, the message content is automatically removed from ChatRivo servers.

ChatRivo does not permanently store delivered private messages on its servers. Due to this design, deleted or delivered messages generally cannot be recovered by ChatRivo.

The information collected is used only for:
